Fav pics from this weekend

ok I can see taking pics is becoming something I really like doing, I took a couple of neat pics at Amy's house when Miah went to Hannah's b-day party she had a blast here are 2 pics that I really like how they turned out and I got to take pictures of my friend Susan's 2 of her boys get baptized last weekend! What an amazing event to witness I was so glad to catch some pictures of the boys on their very special day!

Bummer

Well we were sad to find out that due to lack of ticket sales last week the cancelled the winter ball that Matt and Kayla were looking forward to going to. We also were really hoping to get some snow yesterday, the forcast looked so promising but it skipped right over us and on to the next county over, oh well I guess if we don't get any here we will wait until we go snow tubing to play!

Well seems Matt is going to his first dance this weekend! He and Kayla will be going to his schools semi-formal winter ball, if you know anything about us we are not the dressy uppy kind of family so this might be quite the task to get him something nice to wear lol Matt and I went out last night to Ross and TJ Maxx to look for something but nada, I on the other hand was able to get a couple new outfits and got sidetracked at the purses don't worry everyone I didn't find one... yet ;) So I am hoping for some decent weather this weekend I would love to take Matt and Kayla to falls park or somewhere and take some nice pics of them maybe I can have them edited and done by the time they are ready to be picked up :)

Ok I am a bit late wishing everyone a new year by what like 11 days? lol Yeah Disco Diva has been busy nonstop since Christmas, which was great by the way, the kids had fun, loved their new things they got, and then off to the New year! Last week was a rough one I wasn't dancing thats for sure I came down with the flu ugh! Poor Matt was a trooper his 15th birthday was last Wednesday and I managed to make him a cake,he had a good day and had 4 of his best friends spend the night this past Friday night which also was the day he got his restricted, he is exciting I am not that he is growing up and old enough to drive now,ohhh the years go by so quick it seems,well here are just a few pics from the past few weeks to share, I got an awesome new digital camera for Christmas and I have been on a photo spree taking pics of everything! Its a canon powershot SX10 IS! I can't wait to test it out at falls park if anyone wants to come I want to take lots of pictures :)
